Digi-Future helped DIGITECH GROUP INC., a fintech company in Makati City, Philippines, bring Claude into how its team writes, reviews and deploys code for its payment platform.
The challenge
DTG builds payment software in a regulated industry, with a team of eight developers. The team needed to ship features faster without giving up the code quality, auditability and security that payments require.
Manual code review had become a bottleneck. Deployment steps varied from release to release, and senior engineers spent much of their time on repetitive work. The company shipped to production once a month.
What Digi-Future built
- Development. Every DTG developer uses Claude Code with shared project context: coding standards, architecture notes and a project CLAUDE.md. Engineers use it to scaffold services, write and refactor code, and generate unit tests.
- Code review. Claude reviews every pull request before a human approves it, checking for bugs, security issues such as input validation, secrets handling and authentication logic, and consistency with DTG's standards.
- Deployment. Claude Code builds and maintains DTG's CI/CD pipelines and deployment scripts, with standard release checklists and rollback steps.

Results after two months
All 8 DTG developers use Claude Code daily. Releases became four times more frequent while post-release issues fell by two thirds.
Working with Digi-Future to bring Claude Code into our engineering process changed how our team ships. We went from monthly to weekly releases while cutting post-release issues, which matters a lot for a regulated payments business.
